We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other violations of these Terms.

All prices are listed in your country currency and include/exclude taxes as specified at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging;

  • The return is requested within 3 days of delivery;

  • You provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

We do not accept returns for opened essential oils, due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged.
